Another Form 1 on the way...

Nice!!

Just got the stamped Form1 for my SDP. Took 8 months for BATFE to process my paperwork, now to add the stock.

Thanks to Black Label Tactical, a friend of mine has an unopened box he can't do anything with!   

Here is the latest on my form 4 for my suppressor, called NFA yesterday for an update.  Was submitted in Jan. 013, check cashed in July, lady said maybe in May 014.  However if you get your dealer to e-file, she said typically 4 months start to stamp? First it has to be a trust and everything is done electronically, no phone call contact.
Next one will be e-file.

So before you buy ask your dealer if they e-file, some won't.

My dealer said he received an email from the NFA stating that although the E-File is "up and running," they were having technical issues with it and Please do not use it until further notice. 

Must be the same contractors that handled the ACA site!

Check was cashed on the 25th. 

And now the waiting begins.........

I just hope we don't lose the darned box with the stock kit before I get the stamp back!

Should be a nice project for the weekend to get the gun engraved & attach the stock.
