Latest Bug-Out Kit
I have a few Bug-Out Kits that I have put together and just added another. All have an SBR of some sort and pistol, some with more accessories than others. This one has:
Kriss SBR (with AAC TiRant Suppressor, Elite Iron suppressor cover, Trijicon Mini ACOG, Fortis sling mount, Surefire light, Magpul vert grip)
FNP-45 Tactical (with Trijicon RMR, spare piston for use with TiRant suppressor)

Dumb question, but what is the suppressor-cover for?

The cover is really a "mirage cover" made to eliminate the heat wave that distorts your sight picture of a magnified optic. I use it for a different reason. If you have ever done a couple of mag dumps wearing shorts with a suppressed weapon, just pray the suppressor does not touch your bare legs when you sling your weapon. You will burn the shit out of your skin. Leaves a nice "suppressor tattoo". Ask me how I know. With the cover you can grab a really hot suppressor, no problems.

Good explanation and a Public Service Announcement all in one!

Nice package MadDogDan. What length did
you cut your barrel down to? Looks perfect
for the Surefire light. I made a bug out kit
myself using my KISS SRB and Pelican 1550
case. No room for a sidearm unfortunately.
I will have to snap a photograph and post it.

I don't want to be a dick maddog but you have a huge case, 4 mags and no ammo, if you are loading up your house in the RV i think you are on the right path, but bug out generally means grab what you can carry and run, maybe depending where you are, drive, but space always issue.
As range case, looks sweet.
