Bolt Lock Assembly broke...
So I just got my CRB back from Kriss, they basically performed a complete overhaul, (new bolt, Gen II lower, trigger work, feed ramp polishing, etc.) and the bolt lock assembly breaks on my first magazine.
Just bummed cause after looking it up online I haven't read this happening to anyone else. Hopefully Randall over at Kriss can get me a new one sent out. I even asked them to bill me for a second one just in case. But the good news is it ate up the entire mag without a hiccup.

Looks like a stress separation on a MIM part. Bummer. I guess I'll order a spare while they're are on sale.

Yes, the other side of the button also has a stress crack, but it was hard to get the right angle in the light for the pic.

Kriss requires that you purchase spares from a vendor for some reason...but they are on sale for just under $19. It's the whole deal not just the lever. I ordered one today after seeing this, just to be safe.

So I know this is older but mine broke on my 10mm and they said it is not replaceable at home. This doesn't sound right to me as it looks like it would be really easy to do.

Kriss uses red loctite on the screws and they said that they have to heat them in order to take them out. They also said if the customer trys to do it themselves and melts the polymer instead it will not be covered under warranty. So back to Kriss it went on 11/30/16, just waiting patiently to get her back.

Well that sucks. Did you have to send in the whole thing or just the lower?

The whole thing, they wanted to test fire it when they finished, but with my setup.
