Hello from Concord, CA

I'm new here and happy new owner of a Kriss Vector crb.
Took it to the range yesterday.... and I was very pleased on how well that thing shots. I fired 100 rds of pmc 230gr fmj, and no malfunctions!!!! Which I was very concern before I got it.... But so far so good!!! I did felt a recoil.... I think after 10 hours of youtube footage and 100's of reviews, I was expecting a 22 cal kick, but It wasn't bad at all, I was able to rapid fire and keep the target on sight, no muzzle climb, but instead, lil move to the right which I got used to after the first 50 rds. Overall I liked it a lot and I'll be using it more than my other guns..... well.... for now =)

You go to diablo? Looks like a good range.

Yes, the one in Concord, Chabot in Oakland and San Leandro rifle & pistol. The one in Concord is really good and close by for me, usually i go there on sundays.

Yeh Chabot and Concord have 200 yd ranges I think (I know chabot does). Been wanting to check those out for a while. Closest outdoor to me is Sunnyvale, so I usually go there.

I work in oakland, so outdoor ranges don't work for me during the week, they close at 5 (get off at 4:30) the one in san leandro closes at 9 pm, I go there twice a week.

Yeh. Same for me. Sunnyvale Rod & Gun is open until 9PM tuesdays.

Do they let u shoot the vector indoors in sunnyvale??? because in san leandro they ask me shoot it outside.... I may go check that out next tuesday.

Sunnyvale is an outdoor range. 100 yds + shotgun skeet range.

I shoot my Vector indoors all the time at Target Masters though, and I suspect Reeds wouldn't have a problem either.

glad to hear PMC works well. i believe it's on the approved list.

If you are allowed to shoot indoors there, I'll be going there next week. Need more time with the vector..... (not enjoying too much the seized fire in outdoor ranges) Find out today my front sight needed adjustment, I was shooting low.....about 10 inch at 15 yards... so I managed to adjust it without tools.... just using two 223's from my AR 15, which proves the vector is pretty simple to operate and to adjust. After that, it was a walk in the park hitting the center of target and still tight group at 25 yards, I was only using iron sights, so I hoping if I get an eotech or aimpoint it could be better, easier and faster..... I just don't know which one to get ..........

Yes, pmc works good!!! had about 300 rnds as of today, no problems!!! Used 100 rnds of blazer aluminum 45 acp 230gr fmj and didn't notice any difference or malfunctions, not that I recommend that brass..... I'm just saying.....
