New member with request for pics
Hi everyone. I am new here but not to firearms but again, new to the KRISS. I am undecided as to which one to get. I am debating on the SDP or the carbine and would like to ask if anyone has a picture of both side by side or close to one another. The reason I ask is that I am not sure if I want the carbine with the long barrel, but in some pics I see, the barrel does not seem that long and looks pretty cool. I have seen the pics here and am totally jealous and really want to see them together if poss. to aid in my decision. I tried some local gun shops in my area, but all they have are SBR models,of which I may want to do in the future. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. In any event, keep those pics coming.

FWIW, fold the stock on the SBR and look at it from the side without the stock... That's pretty much what the SDP looks like! ;)
Good Luck with your search, I just got my SDP after searching for a couple months. So far so good!

I know what the pistol looks like, but I would like to be able to see a full size carbine with one, as I can't make my mind up as to which one looks better and would fill my needs,(ok -desires). Too many choices.

Don't worry about looks. Function is my main concern. I got the carbine because that was all they made at the time. Would I have gotten a SDP if I had the chance? Tough. Since I was in PGH at the time. Since I moved to NY the SDP would have been illegal. The carbine is fine.
On another note, the longer barrel utilizes the effectiveness of the powder and so there is no IR signature coming out the barrel. No muzzle flash at all. Compared to the shorter barreled variants like the SBR and SDP.

Well I guess all of this is moot as I just bought a pistol version off Gunbroker tonight. I am officially in the club, well, as soon as I get it. Thanks for the replies guys. I debated for the past few months on which to get. I figured I may do a SBR on it in a couple months as seeing some of the pics here finally swayed me over.
