Just got my CRB.
Hi everybody. At last this Friday arrived my long waited Kriss Super V carbine. I asked my wife for a Kriss last January for my birthday. It was impossible to get it localy so I ordered it and got here a couple days ago. Lucky me I received in the mail the Eotech EXPS2 too that was on backorder. Yesterday went to the range to play with it. The Eotech was for my Spike's Tactical AR-15 but after using it with the Kriss yesterday today I'm looking for something else for my AR.
I love the Kriss, it's so wonderful to shoot. A lot less recoil than the AR and it groups very right. My only complaint is that the magazine are a pain to load and the charging handle is really hard to pull. Both thumbs hurts like crazy today. I left the magazines loaded in hope that the spring get softer.
Another problem is that it's a California model and comes with the stock fixed. I need the push button to replace the fix one but can't find it available anywhere and the website is still not operational. My dealer contacted RFId but it's going to take some time for them to answer.
Anyway, I'm writing to say hi and great work on the Forum. There's a lot left for me to read yet but I'm working on it.

No, I live in Puerto Rico. A friend told to get a speedloader too. So, I'll look into that.
Thanks

Oh ok. Yeah look at UPLULA. Very highly recommended.

i take a dowel rod, just get a stick that fits in the mag and push it down a couple hundred times, i do it with all my new ar mags, loosens the spring w/out having to run rounds thru gun.
also if you have kids its good safe chore for them.

I'll put them to work

That sounds like a great idea. I mean the stick trick, no the children helping. My babies are 1 and 2 and I fear that my mags could end up full of cookies, gummy bears, or heavens know what. Jajaja.

Re: Just got my CRB.
Just like you, i recently got me a CRB (Fathers Day Present...When my wife found out that i have a new toy) first week of June and it chewed 300 rounds of different brand ammos. I am impressed by the handling and recoil of that beast. My friends have HK UMPs but i am proud to say "i'll choose KRISS over HK" when it comes to carbine version. Yes, use a MagLula and play with the magazine spring.
