FTF /JAMS

Hi took Kriss out to the range and get FTF and jams I lube it with fire clean which help and also using approved ammo... Should I polish the ramp I also clean the magazines love the gun don't love the jams. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

I just got mine back today from Kriss. They polished the ramp, added a mag well spacer, and changed all the springs to newer versions. It runs flawless now.

Thanks for the response...how did it take to get back and can I ask if there was a charge for the work done.

It's under warranty so I was not charged. It was gone for a bit but I had some issue due to the fact I live in Connecticut.

I shot a mix of all types with no issue

A magwell spacer? That's interesting. Did they change the firing pin and hammer springs?

Yes. They changed all the springs in the upper
