1st gen stove pipe 45 acp

I have a 1st gen 45ac vector that has recently started to stove pipe. I have tried different 25 round mags, ammo
manufacturers (brass and aluminum). The gun has been cleaned very well and lubed. It stove pipes about every 5 round.

Found the problem. The ejector is broken. I called kriss. It costs 33 dollars. Going to change it out myself

I have a 2nd gen 9mm, I can only use steel cased rounds in. If I use steel I can go through a case of a thousand rounds and nothing. Start shooting brass, double feeds, stove pipes, and split brass. Can't find anything wrong with the gun. I've even picked inside of the barrel chamber to make sure there wasn't a build up. Nothing. So I just shoot steel case only now. meh.
