Kriss SDP hurting your hand?

Just curious of anyone with the SDP has this issue. The underside of the sling mount has some rough edges that after firing 250 rnds is peeling the skin off my thumb knuckle.

I guess I either could wear gloves or file down the edges?

I had the same problem with the "original" CRB stock. That edge rub is zero fun. I had not heard of it being a problem on the SDP. I'm not a gloves shooter, so I'd be inclined to take a Dremel felt wheel or something similar to soften up any spots that are a problem.

hhmmm... that's kind of a "design oversight" there.

Could you get some self-adhesive velcro and stick a piece of the fuzzy side on there? Or some kind of self-stick, closed-cell foam?

It would be nice if Kriss could make just a plastic cap to go on there, that was smooth on the outside with rounded corners.

I have the same thing happen to me, lol. I wear gloves though so its not as bad.
