Where is the cheapest place to purchace a fited light and hard case for this rifle.

Any gun store you can find a cheap PLANO hard case for like $30.

And by fitted light? You need to elaborate. If you want a light that goes in the upper receiver, the best bank for the buck is the Powertac Cadet. search for it. there are a couple threads on it.
