New owner in Portland OR. New in box dirty Vector?

Hey all!
Finally was able to get a Vector from Superior Pawn in Virginia beach and have it shipped to my FFL here in Oregon. Upon opening the box and disassembling the rifle I did notice it wasnt filthy but definitely had a few rounds thru it. Does anyone know how many times the factory shoots these things before shipping?

Ok first of all, you said you got it from a Pawn shop? Who then shipped it to your FFL? That should have been your first clue that it might not have been new. Or the Pawnshop employees might have finger fucked it while they had it and shot it.

All civilian KRISS Vectors are testing with 20 rounds
Then taken about cleaned put back together
And then are laser bore sighted to check the sights
