Alot of smoke while firing my new kriss.

Finally got a chance to shoot my new kriss crb. one thing when i was shooting i was noticing alot of smoke, is that normal from it being new. Any thoughts? i was using remington umc 230 grain ammo

Really? Where is the smoke coming from? ejection port? Or muzzle?

Try a different brand of ammo. Winchester, or PMC?

Could be factory oil burning off, mine did that even after I cleaned and oiled it before taking it out the first time' It should clear up after you fire it a little more and it gets warmed up again.

seems to smoke a lot in my gun. I bought a case of Remington "Saber," and it is like shooting a black powder gun every time.

After shooting, my hands look like I worked in a coal mine. Try different ammo.

in case you did not know, Kriss suggest you use only certain types of ammo (its on their website).

Is it just me or does this list getting smaller and smaller.....I swear 2 years ago the list was twice as long.

Yes, it was?  If I remember there were also other manufacturer's on it,  but to be fair some of these companies have merged so it could be the same ammo under a new name or bigger company name?
