5.5 vs. 6.5 pistol pros and cons

Just wondering if anyone had any good reasons to pick one over the other .

Found out if you want to mount the light in factory holder and a suppressor you need 6.5 inch barrel.

I would go with the 6.5. Not much but it will give a little more effective range.

man im in the same (kinda) boat as you! but for me it was figuring out if the 45 acp 6.5 was plenty of barrel to spend its energy to be as accurate as the crb. refer to the reviews of the 2 vids by iraqvetern8888 on youtube to see what im talking about. they purposed that basically the sdp is actually as acurate as crb. anyway now im waiting on the 6.5" barrel to come in stock. let me say an OPINION in this line of thought: ive seen hunters using long barrel revolvers so id assume though an inch it helps.

Make sure 6.5 inch is not CA bullet button type. Unless you live there.

I did. I'm from Texas!! He had the gun but not listed. Apparently he actually was getting it, not so much a stock item. He sent a link bc he adversed the ca bb one.

Some people said it was removable but ......? Warranty issue ??? I don't know. Can't even use m4 adapter that they sell. Called kriss and they refused to mount on sdp model. It's for sig brace and Perfectly legal.
