What is the factory setting for the Magpul iron sights?

Finally had my new Kriss SPD out to the local firing range. I had the target at 30 feet, with the grouping image below...
From the initial groupings at with the top rings with iron sights, I feel the sights were set for far farther range. Also, since I set the laser to the iron sights, I found I got the same grouping below center ring grouping. However firing slight higher, on ring "6", I was dead on.
So out of the box, what is the range the iron sights are set to? 25 yards?
Please excuse the loose groupings, this was my first time firing my Kriss SDP.
