Natchez Shooters Supply has them for $19.95. They are original Glock, I know because I bought 6 of them.

It means that when you hit the magazine release the empty magazine will slide (drop) freely out of the magazine well without having to tug it out at all. Without the weight from being full of bullets some magazines (not quite to desired specs) can hang up a bit when empty. Smile
