Diamond Sights update

Not sure if the KRISS diamond sights have this. For those that do have them, let us know if they match to these newer styles or how they differ.

That is basicly what mine look like except with the Kriss stamp.

Really? The rear sight side walls are diamond shaped too?

yep. it makes an interesting sight picture... but the sight body is pretty big.

Thanks! Those are the same first gen as I have... note on the 2nd gen ("Mk2") that the REAR also has a diamond shape to them:

i had just noticed that too. i was looking at the peep hole. I like the Gen 2 much better...

glad i was finally able to get pics to work... Solscud now you dont have to post them for me...

Mine is coming the gen2 way. Should be in by New Years!

This is what mine came with!

I discovered on my first range trip, shooting at a 25-yd. range, that I had to use the post on top of the rear aperture. Does that sound right? I was assuming the diamond-shaped holes are to be used like any other "peep" sight and you look through the hole...?

I also need to get an AR-type front sight tool...

you change elevation with the front site, i assume these sites are same as any AR site, you use the big diamond at night, the small diamond during the day.

Apparently mine was bore-sighted using the post on top. If I use the aperture, it's hitting waaayyy low!

Looks they same, but stamped Kriss.

Mine were so far off it was ridiculous

I had to move the back peep 17 clicks over to hit paper

This is what mine came with both front and rear..has the Diamond Sight logo on the side and the Kriss on the front it looks like it has a chip but it's just some oil on the sight...I just went to double check:

That can't be your rear sight also, can it? See mine in the post above.
