Glock 21 mags for your KRISS

So I pulled out my Glock 21 mags and noticed that i have all the variants that I know to exist.

L-R: Unotch (NFML NDF), Square Notch (FML DF), Post Ban 10rd, Postban 13rd?, Postban Gen4 13rd



The preban mags will work in the KRISS but need some modification. The U-Notch are hard to remove so I added my custom Kriss Magrips. The Square notch is too narrow and the bolt will drag on it. So you need to file it wider.

Both preban mags need the bottoms beveled if you want to use KRISS extensions.

I don't really have a preference. I am missing the LE/Govt restricted magazine.

I purchased all the mags at the same time I picked up the Kriss and all are Postban Gen4 13rd,
which I added the extensions to. None of the ones I have, so far, have had any problems.

Solscud, did you buy your mag extension from kriss directly? I live in ny too and they won't ship them to ny according to their list..

Nope. I bought them from BlackLabel Tactical. Make sure you have preban mags and look at my thread about modifying them for use with the extensions. If you want to use them in NY.

Yeah I saw that. I use 10 rd mags all the time in mine and no problems.

Has anyone put the mag extension on a 10 round G21 magazine? If so, any issues with that?

Cause I'm in CA i have to use the 10rd mags. I switched to the Vickers Tactical Large Magazine Floor Plate for glock mags and it seems to have helped with the FTE issue. It also made the mags much easier to grip when pulling them out. I liked them so much I even bought a set for my 9mm too.
