Has anyone shot .45 ACP reloads with lead non-jacketed rounds?
Can the KRISS shoot lead rounds?

Hmm. I don't know. I would think so. But then don't Glocks not like lead rounds too?

It might have to do with the rifling.

I have shot them. I havnt dedicated bench time to coming up with a "Kriss load" just a load I use in my 1911. I shot a few mags of LSWC through my Kriss a few months ago with regular accuracy, however the reliability wasnt as expected with ball ammo.
