KWA employees leave KWA to work for KRISS.
Being noted as something that is still unfolding and there really is only a scant amount of information out there. It has been confirmed that Allen, Mike and Scott from product management and marketing have all left KWA and are now working for KRISS.
There are no statements as of this posting. However Facebook pages like this one ->https://www.facebook.com/Allizard1967 Show in the timeline the changes that have come about.
Mike has also posted a farewell of sorts on his facebook page. He writes, "The past few years have been great, but it's time to move on. I am no longer a KWA employee. "
Many have speculated that this is the result of KRISS actually acquiring KWA but there are no confirmations to this as of yet.
Please post any and all information that you can find on this. It would be most likely a very interesting turn of events.

Re: KWA employees leave KWA to work for KRISS.
I suspect that KRISS ARMS wants a bigger piece of the pie. Rather than license out their design to KWA, I think they want to make their own training weapons in house. This would make the most sense and falls inline with this business model. They are very adamant in having KRISS products be made in house. Although that doesn't seem to apply to magazines or BUIS.
If you check my thread about the Carlson Comp, I was told by the owner that his comp was rejected because the higher ups in Switzerland wanted products to be from KRISS and not from outside the company.
So I think KRISS will want to setup their own airsoft division to push the K10 and possibly sphinx pistols and maintain complete control as well as money.

Well from reading that statement it doenst mean much. It just says "we know what is going on and we will fight to keep what is ours"
I am sure there was a contract involved with licensing the KRISS name and the likeness of the Vector. For KRISS ARMS to drop it, seems odd. While I dont know the details of the contract, I am sure KWA is using their lawyers to go thru it with a fine toothed comb to see if there is any thing they can use to fight the cancellation.
However saying they are going to dispute it doesnt mean much. It doesnt say they have the continued right to manufacture the KWA KRISS.
We shall see what happens. I have mine and that is all I care about haha.

Meh, I dont skirmish. I bought it as a toy to look at and possibly plink at indoors around the house.
I have the real thing for grin inducing fun.
