Form 4 wait :(

Submitted my form 1's to SBR my Kriss SDP and Sig P556 on 8/30/13. Got both the stamps today. Currently, eFile with a trust takes 3 months. Don't know if it will continue though.

I have a form 1 that was submitted September 11.  We will see if the trend continues into September.

Yes, they emailed them as PDFs.

Nice!!!  I have only seen one stamp approved after Aug. on NFAtracker.com.  Im hope the trend continues.  I on day 253 for my Kriss.

Paper submissions still seem to be horrible, taking 9-12 months. There's a thread on arfcom in the armory/general class 3 section about eFiles in about 3 months. Hopefully the trend on eFile submissions will continue, but trust changes could ruin everything. I live in 1 of the only 2 counties in KY that CLEO simply will not sign off.

Wow!!! Sorry to hear that. Luckily my local CLEO is on board with NFA items.

We may be able to change that. Some of us are currently working on getting someone in a position that is friendly. Enough said about that  

Well wish me luck on my 2 form 1's. It will be sad if my eform submitted 9/11 gets approved before my traditional paper form 1 submitted 3/9

Jefferson and Fayette counties. So, Louisville and Lexington. Their neighboring counties are usually good to go.

Talked to a class 3 dealer here in Lexington yesterday and he said there is a Sherriff in Jefferson county signing off now.

268 days and counting. Funny thing is my eform 1 got approved in 90daya flat!!!!

Took this off of another forum yesterday, not sure of the validity but feel it's legit.

Finally got the call to pick my Kriss up today after 9 1/2 month wait!!! Love this thing

Congrats counterjester07. I am going to call the ATF in a few minutes. Hopefully I get an approved status. It has been almost 10 months now.

Greetings, I have some questions on a F1 SBR. Is there a thread with the pertinent information (i.e. Overall length, engraving locations, etc.)? I don't want to clog this thread with questions that have been asked and answered numerous times. Thanks in advance.......

why would anyone submit a paper form? huge difference in the wait times. i wish i would have known there was a eform.

Finally after 305 days my status has changed from "check cashed" to "approved". Now to wait for the snail mail to return my paper work so I can FINALLY get my Kriss out of jail.

congrats! I have had my Osprey in jail going on 9 months. Purchased an aac sdn-6 in october and picked it up two days ago....thank god for eforms!!!

After 300+ days I was able to take her out of jail. Here is a photograph of my Kriss Vector SBR and MP5K-N together at last.  I found it interesting how the overall dimension are so similar!

Here is some info for Illinois people. The ATF will not approve SBRs (under 26 OAL) until the language gets cleaned up. There is a 26 OAL that has come into play (on another forum) and a denial was put on one.

10 months here, but worth it.
