I bought a kriss vector along with an eotech 512 a65 sight as a Christmas gift to myself. Smile
I am running into an issue sighting it in. The impact area of the bullet is way low compared to the reticle. I have raised it as high as the eotech will let me and it is still about 8" low at 25 yards. Is there an extender or something required to raise the eotech up a bit to get it zeroed in?

Wow, that doesn't sound right at all. While I don't have a 512 mounted on mine, its shouldn't be that low if you've adjusted the reticle on the eotech that much. Sounds like it must have an issue with the adjustment…

Does the impact point move as you adjust the reticle?

Is your eotech mounted correctly, meaning its not sitting at some odd angle on the rail?

There are "risers" if you will that companies make for co-witnessing. Like I have a LaRue.. but you shouldn't need it to get your optic sighted in…

That did the trick - I uninstalled it and reset it back up and it's working great now... For cowitnessing too.

Now I just have to work on the trick I read here to get the charging handle to not feel like it takes 2 tons of force to pull it back. Smile
