new vector gen 2 9mm mag issues

Hi everybody, my glock and pmag mags fall out while shooting. Is this a common issue or an easy fix. Help please.

Happen to me 3 times. I think it all falls back to our left hand placement. Sometimes we accidently hit the mad release without knowing.

I had to give my Pmags and ETS mags a firm tap to make sure they are seated correctly.

I have 3 pmags and had the same problem took some fine sandpaper and removed a little material from top of mag (the top tabs) and then they slipped in and locked with no problems, they also drop right out on mag changes.
