First of all, please use proper grammar and spelling. Capitalization and punctuation. Thanks.
Second there are many different ways. The easiest way is to order one from a Class 3 FFL. See if there is one where you are and have them call KRISS USA.
The other way is to get a KRISS SDP pistol. Then get the tax stamp and put a stock on it and get the receiver engraved.

Go to Gunbroker.com. find it, then call around to see what dealers would order it for you and then buy it from them. Easiest way if you cant find one locally. Thats what i did to get my springfield XD.
