Latest weapon light for the Vector

PowerTac has designed a light compatible with the Kriss receiver mount. The model is called the Cadet. It's a single cell 123. Performance is comparable with or better than any other brand in this class light. They make a remote tape switch that is also compatible with the Vector. The best news is the price - you can buy them for far less than the big name brand lights and you don't sacrifice performance or quality.

The only thing you need to be aware of is incompatibility of the light with the Defiance suppressor on the SBR. The light bezel, when installed does not leave enough clearance to mount the suppressor.

The PowerTac Cadet (not Cadet II) is known to work in the Vector, using the KRISS SureFire light adapter for the Vector. Here is one thread that mentions it...

so why doesn't defiance work with it if its same bezel?


sorry was confusing myself, i see why, osprey works but looks like you have to put on osprey then put hte light in kriss.
